 Seller Policies
When an Frey'Dez Creation is purchased, partial proceeds get donated to an Environmental Organization to help ensure a better future for us all. The Environment and wildlife are another Love I hold close and dear to my heart, and why not contribute to safeguarding it? So I've made the decision, in addition to being an avid petition signer on Change.org and Care2.com to have this be something more I do to help.
Payment
For the time being, the only payment method I'm accepting is PayPal, for security. Payment must be received within 4 days of an auction being won unless a payment arrangement has been reached between both parties.
Shipping
Once payment has cleared, you will receive a message informing you of such. Your new sculpture will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared and you will then receive another message informing you your new sculpture has in fact shipped along with tracking information when available.

You will receive a message at every step of the process so you have a clear idea of when to expect the arrival of your Sculpture.
Refunds & Exchanges
Sculpture purchases are final, but I will repair a damaged piece, if applicable, at no cost to the buyer only if the item arrives damaged. The only charges / fees that are not covered are the shipping costs associated with a repair. Please reach out to me before shipping a Sculpture in for repairs as additional information will need to be collected.

When shipping the sculpture back, please remember to use delivery confirmation. I can't be held responsible for lost packages  :-)

Commissions
For the time being, I am not accepting commissions on my art dolls, but I am, however, accepting commissions for the "Just Married" Toppers. This may change in the future and when it does that information will be posted on this page so feel free to keep checking back.
More Information
Currently, layaway is not available but in certain situations a payplan may be coordinated with me, if applicable. To discuss and / or set up a payplan, contact me through this site or if you already have my e-mail address, you may also message me through your preferred e-mail client.
