Living Stone

Picture
#20141193
“A statue is a sculpture representing one or more people or animals (including abstract concepts allegorically represented as people or animals), normally full-length, as opposed to a bust, and at least close to life-size, or larger.[1] A small statue, usually small enough to be picked up, is called a statuette or figurine.”

This piece is 7” high without her base. With the base she is approximately 8 ¾” tall. The base is 2.5x2.5” and was assembled by me. She’s entirely made of Premo clay except her eyes and her dress is handmade cloth. She is secured with a rod. Her hair is hand styled and set in place. It’s still flexible but should not be handled excessively. She’s uniquely signed with the FDMj Creations “F” on her upper-Left shoulder.
